1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Copypower Digital LLP (“Copypower”, “we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of Scouthook and related websites and services (the “Service”).

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and any applicable third-party terms (including LinkedIn’s terms and policies).

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Connected accounts (LinkedIn)

If you connect a LinkedIn account, you authorize Scouthook to access permitted LinkedIn data and/or perform actions via LinkedIn APIs as you direct within the Service.

• You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time, which stops further access.
• You agree not to use Scouthook to violate LinkedIn’s terms or policies.

5. Acceptable use (strict)

You agree you will not (and will not attempt to):

• Use the Service for unlawful, misleading, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory purposes
• Spam, scrape, or circumvent platform controls or rate limits
• Send or facilitate unsolicited communications or bulk messaging in violation of laws or platform rules
• Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except where prohibited by law
• Use the Service to collect or process sensitive personal data in a way that violates law or third-party terms

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable platform policies.

6. Plans, fees, and billing

Scouthook may offer free and paid plans. Plan features, limits, and pricing are described in the Service and/or at checkout.

• Paid plans: if you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees presented at checkout.
• Changes: we may change plans and pricing prospectively. We will provide notice where required.
• Taxes: you are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds/cancellations: refund and cancellation terms (if any) will be provided in the Service, at checkout, and/or on the pricing page. If not specified, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and delete information. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Copypower and its licensors own the Service, including software, design, and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing.

LinkedIn and related marks belong to their respective owners. No endorsement is implied.

9. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
• On account closure, we delete data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
• We are not responsible for third-party services (including LinkedIn) or changes they make.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Copypower will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
• Copypower’s total liability for claims relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to Copypower for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or INR 1,000 if you used only a free plan), unless a different minimum is required by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Copypower from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights/policies (including platform terms).

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or via email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Ahmedabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
