1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how refunds work for fees you pay Copypower Digital LLP for Scouthook (for example, subscription fees for paid plans).

It does not govern fees charged directly by third parties (for example, taxes collected by a payment provider, payment processing fees charged by your bank/card network, or third‑party services such as LinkedIn).

2. Free plans

If you use a free plan, there are no payments and therefore no refunds.

3. Subscriptions (cancellation)

If you purchase a recurring subscription, your subscription will renew automatically for further periods equal to your initial subscription term unless you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time with effect from the end of your current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.

Consumers residing in the EU/EEA and UK

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement for any reason within 14 days of completing a Transaction in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you exercise this right, you will receive a full refund of the relevant Charges you have paid to us, unless during that 14-day period, you started downloading, streaming, using or benefiting from the Product, when during your Transaction you agreed for us to make the Product available for your use before the end of that 14-day period.
